Registration procedure
Registration on the conference website
1. Click on ‘My registration’
2. Fill in the requested information - in particular, select the rate that corresponds to your situation from the price list
3. Click on ‘Summary’
4. Click on ‘Confirm’
If you are required to pay, click on ‘Pay online’
Payment of registration
After clicking on ‘Pay online’, you will be redirected to the University of Lille's secure payment site.
The two sites are not connected. It is therefore normal that you will have to re-enter certain information.
1. Click on ‘Register’.
2. Click on ‘Create an account’.
3. Fill in the requested information, selecting your fee in the ‘Registration choice’ drop-down menu.
4. Click on ‘Next’.
Accepted payment methods
Credit card (recommended)
You will be redirected to a secure site (Paybox), where you can pay by credit card.
Purchase order
In order for your accountant to issue the purchase order, please:
1. Download the information about the University of Lille HERE.
2. Indicate on the order form:
- your surname and first name,
- your registration reference number,
- the reference ‘UNIVPRINTEMPS2026.’,
- any reference provided by your institution's accounting department (if applicable).
If these details are not provided, your registration cannot be processed.
3. Send your order form by email to the organising committee: sophie.goyat@univ-lille.fr
4. You will receive an invoice after your registration has been paid.
Bank transfer
In order to make your transfer, please:
1. Download the bank details for the University of Lille HERE.
2. Indicate your surname, first name and registration reference in the transfer description.
Your registration will only be finalised upon receipt of full payment.
